Skye developed the “Global KPI Training Project” program to provide opportunities for sales representatives to learn more about each of 8 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The training focused on providing the reasons and rational behind the use of global KPIs, and gave the participants the ability to apply the information that they have learned. As part of the project, Skye developed a virtual board game which allowed learners to apply the knowledge that they learned in the program.
