Over two decades, she worked through paradigm shifts in approaches to learning, advances in Internet and media technology, the realization of social and mobile learning, the rise of learning analytics, and the globalization of everything. She understands the opportunities, challenges, and success factors driving learning and organizational development and has a deep understanding of the role effective training and performance support play in fostering a legally compliant and values-driven culture. Clair has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management and is a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP).

She works closely with US and international clinical experts, pharmaceutical partners, investigators, and other health professionals to deliver top-quality educational opportunities. During her long-term partnership with Skye, Dr. Blood has proven to be an integral and valued medical professional on our education team.

During her long partnership with Skye, Patty has worked in range of areas that reflect her broad expertise; ethics and compliance, information security, regulated clinical research practices, small business financial management and marketing, customer support operations, and java web services architecture. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Washington

Lisa has served in leadership roles in nearly a dozen volunteer organizations. She is APR certified by the Public Relations Society of America and is a magna cum laude graduate of Rowan University, where she received her B.A. in journalism and M.A. in public relations.
